Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain words, what information is collected when you use medusadynamics.com, what we do with it, and your rights under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- Name
- Phone number or email
- What you'd like help with (if you chose)
- A free-text message (if you wrote one)
Why we use it
Only to get back to you about your message and, if we start working together, to manage that relationship. We don't send marketing email without consent, and we never sell or rent information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. If we add measurement in the future, we'll choose a privacy-friendly tool and update this page first.
Who else sees it
To run the site we rely on a few providers, who receive only what they need:
- The hosting provider, which keeps technical request logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.
- The email delivery provider, which passes your message from the form to our inbox.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to reach us there. Its use is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
For as long as it's needed to handle your message and our relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You may review your information and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to support@medusadynamics.com and we'll handle your request within a reasonable time.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form messages is limited to our team.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
